Sunday May 26th morning and night

Wonderful day today!!

The morning was Joint Mobility work

The evening was the following:


Started out with a 10 minute round of two moves, doing 30 seconds of the first, 30 seconds of rest, 30 seconds of the second, 30 seconds of rest, and repeating for 10 rounds. The moves were:


a.) Medicine Ball Slams
b.) Medicine Ball Upward Wood Chops


Then hit a second 10 minute round using the same protocol. These moves were:


a.) Medicine Ball Lateral Jumps over the bar, bend down and pick the ball up into an overhead press putting it down on the other side, then repeating, picking it up to an overhead press and putting it down on the first set. Right into a lateral squat jump over it to the other side and repeating for the 30 seconds

b.) Explosive Hand on Medicine Ball Hop-over Push-ups


Moved onto a third 10 minute round following the same protocol, the moves were:


a.) Pick the medicine ball up from the floor and overhead press it while squat jumping
b.) Parallel Bar Straight Leg Leg Raise


Finished up with Joint Mobility work
