Wednesday May 8th morning and evening

Great day and night today!!

Started out the morning with 3 sets of 3 for Wall Walk Bridges

Got in Yoga, Wrestlers and Gymnastics Bridge work

Hit Joint Mobility work

Got in Vacuum Practice and Isometric Power Flexes for the Midsection

Hit Isometric Power Flexes for the Traps, Upper Back, Lats, Mid Back, Lower Back, Biceps, Forearms, Hands and Fingers

Also hit 3 sets of 10 for DVR Eagle Flexes

Great morning!!

The evening started with Dynamic Stretching, Isometric Stretching, Strength Stretching and Relaxed Stretching

And I played with some Qi Gung, Nei Gung and Kung Fu drills

Great night!!
