Hit 3 sets of 10 for Leg Curls

Then hit 2 sets of 20 seconds per side for 1-leg Static Contraction Leg Curls

Got in 3 sets of 15 for Leg Extensions

Hit 3 sets per side for Hawaiian Squats

Hit 3 sets of 25 for Aladdin Squats
