Started out with some Isometrics and Isometric Power Flexes for the Neck
Hit Vacuum Practice and Isometric Power Flexes for the Midsection
Got in 5 sets of 15 for Freestanding Handstand Push-ups
Hit 4 sets of 50 for Atlas Push-ups
Got in some Joint Mobility work
Did some Miscellaneous Play at the park.
