Hit 5 sets of 15 for Freestanding Handstand Push-ups
Got in 4 sets of 60 for Atlas Push-ups
Hit some awesome Joint Mobility Work
Played with some 1-arm Hanging Leg Raises and did a bunch of Human Flags off of various things.
