Hit 3 sets of 10 for Extended Range of Motion Against the Wall Handstand Push-ups
Got in 3 sets of 10 for DVR Lateral Raises
Nailed 3 sets of 10 for DVR Front Raises
Hit 3 sets of 10 for DVR Rear Delt Raises
Moved onto 3 sets of 10 per side for DSR Biceps Curls
Hit 3 sets of 10 for DVR Biceps Curls
Hit 3 sets of 20 for Body Triceps Extensions
Got in 3 sets of 10 for DVR Triceps Pressdowns
Nailed 3 sets of 15 for Hanging Leg Raises
