Nailed some good Yoga, Wrestlers and Gymnastics Bridge work
Got in 5 sets of 20 for Freestanding Handstand Push-ups
Hit 4 sets of 65 for Atlas Push-ups
Got in some sweet Joint Mobility and Flexibility work
