Got in 5 sets of 20 for Freestanding Handstand Push-ups
Hit 4 sets of 65 for Atlas Push-ups
Got in 3 sets of 3 for Wall Walk Bridges
Hit Yoga, Wrestlers and Gymnastics Bridge work
Got in some awesome Join Mobility and Flexibility work
Hit the following:
2 sets of Handstand Variations
2 sets per side of 1-arm Bent-arm Lever Holds
2 sets of Tuck Planche Holds
2 sets per side of Air Baby Holds
2 sets per side of Bent-arm Lever Variations
2 sets per side of DQR Variations
2 sets per side of Rolling Bridge Variation 1
