Started out the morning with Joint Mobility and Flexibility work
The evening was the following DVR Training:
3 sets of 10 for Eagle Flexes
3 sets of 10 for Full Range Lat Contractions
3 sets of 10 for Full Range Pec Contractions
3 sets of 10 for Bent Rows
3 sets of 10 for Incline Presses
3 sets of 10 for Back Arches
