Sunday July 15th

Wonderful day today!!

The morning was Joint Mobility work

The evening was:

Started out with 3 sets of 3 for Floor Kip Ups

Hit 3 sets of 3 for Explosive Against the Wall Handstand Push-ups

Hit 3 sets of 15 for Reverse Push-ups

Got in 3 sets of 10 seconds for Front Raise Isometrics

Hit 3 sets of 10 seconds per side for 1-arm Lateral Raise Isometrics

Hit 3 sets of 10 seconds for Rear Delt Isometrics

Moved onto 3 sets of 10 seconds for Biceps Isometrics

Then hit 3 sets of 10 seconds for Triceps Isometrics

Moved onto 3 sets of 15, 15 and 10 for Explosive Toe Slap Sit-ups

Hit 3 sets of 10 per side for Grounded Windshield Wipers

Then hit 3 sets of 10 seconds for Parallel Bar L-sit Holds

Finished up with some Joint Mobility work!
