Terrific training tonight!!
Started out with 4 sets of 3 for Tuck Jump Variations
Hit 3 sets of 3 for Knee Kip Ups
Moved onto 3 sets of 20 for Straight Leg Bridges
Hit 3 sets of 10 per side for Bird Dog Raises
Moved onto 3 sets of 20 per side for Hawaiian Squats
Hit 3 sets of 40 for Aladdin Squats
Finished up with Joint Mobility work and a cool down walk
