Started out with 4 sets of 3 for Explosive Tuck Jumps
Hit 3 sets of 3 for Kneeling Kip Ups
Got in 3 sets f 18 for Slow Straight Leg Bridges
Hit 3 sets of 10 per side for Slow Bird Dog Raises
Moved onto 3 sets of 20 per side for Slow Hawaiian Squats
Then hit 3 sets of 35 for Aladdin Squats
Finished up with a cool down walk and some Joint Mobility work.
