Started out with 4 sets of 3 for Tuck Jump Variations
Hit 3 sets of 3 for Knee Kip Ups
Got in 3 sets of 20 for Slow Straight Leg Bridges
Hit 3 sets of 10 per side for Slow Bird Dog Raises
Moved onto 3 sets of 20 per side for Slow Hawaiian Squats
Then hit 3 sets of 40 for Aladdin Squats
Finished up with a cool down walk, some Joint Mobility work, and a mixture of Strength Stretching, Isometric Stretching, Dynamic Stretching and Relaxed Stretching

Here's a video of the final set of Knee Kip Ups. Hit the first set in place, the second set for height and this set for distance. A great move for Speed, power, agility, body control and awareness, coordination and overall athleticism.
