Awesome training tonight!!
Started out with 4 sets of 3 for Explosive Hops
Then hit 2 rounds of a mixture of Jump Squats and Jumping Jacks where we'd hit (without any rest) 10 squats, 10 jacks, 9 squats, 9 jack, 8 squats, 8 jacks, etc. until we hit 0 on both. Rested about a minute and repeated for a second round
Hit 3 sets of 10, 8 and 8 per side for Extra Deep and Slow Box Pistols
Got in 8 sets of 8 for Weighted Sissy Squats with only 10 seconds of rest in between sets
Hit 3 sets of 10 per side for Deep Shrimp Squats
Moved onto 3 sets of 12 per side for 1-leg Repetition Hamstring Bridges
Hit 8 sets of 8 for Weighted Leg Curl/Hip Thrusts with only 10 seconds of rest between sets
Got in 3 sets of 20 seconds per side for 1-leg Isometric Leg Curls
Moved onto 1 sets of 80 for Slow, Extra Deep Standing Calf Raises
Hit 1 sets of 100 for Adductor Flies
Finished up with Joint Mobility work
