Awesome night tonight!!
Started out with 4 sets of 3 for Explosive Hops
Hit 2 rounds of Jump Squats and Jumping Jacks hitting (with no rest) 10 squats, 10 jacks, 9 squats, 9 jacks, 8 squats, 8 jacks, etc. down to 1 on each side. Rested about 60 seconds and repeated.
Got in 3 sets of 20 per side for Box Pistols
Hit 8 sets of 8 reps for Weighted Sissy Squats with only 10 seconds of rest between sets
Got in 3 sets of 10 per side for Shrimp Squats
From there moved to 3 sets of 10 per side for 1-leg Repetition Hamstring Bridges
Hit 8 sets of 8 for Weighted Leg Curl/Hip Thrusts with only 10 seconds of rest between sets
Hit 3 sets of 20 seconds per side for 1-leg Isometric Leg Curls
Got in 1 sets of 70 for Standing Calf Raises
Hit 1 sets of 100 for Adductor Flies
Hit some nice Isometric and Relaxed Stretching and Joint Mobility work to finish up.
