Started out with Isometrics and Isometric Power Flexes for the Neck
Hit Vacuum Practice and Isometric Power Flexes for the Midsection
Got in 5 sets of 20 for Freestanding Handstand Push-ups
Hit 4 sets of 65 for Atlas Push-ups
Nailed 3 sets of 3 for Wall Walk Bridges
Got in my Yoga, Wrestlers and Gymnastics Bridge work
Hit some Joint Mobility work.
