The morning was all about Joint Mobility work
The evening was:
Started out with 3 sets of 3 for Floor Kip Ups
Hit 3 sets of 3 for Explosive Against the Wall Handstand Push-ups
Got in 3 sets of 10 seconds for Isometric Front Raises
Hit 3 sets of 10 seconds per side for Isometric 1-arm Lateral Raises
Got in 3 sets of 10 seconds for Isometric Rear Delt Raises
Moved onto 3 sets of 10 seconds for Biceps Curl Isometrics
Hit 3 sets of 10 seconds for Triceps Extension Isometrics
Got in 3 sets of 15, 10 and 8 for Explosive Toe Slap Sit-ups
Hit 3 sets of 8 per side or Grounded Windshield Wipers
Hit 3 sets of 20 seconds for Parallel Bar L-sit Holds
Finished up with Joint Mobility and a cool downs walk
Also, played with various Human Flags and Levers during the afternoon.
