Wonderful night tonight! Continuing the Tabula Rasa and healing.
Started out with 6 minutes of the Forest Flow from Prasara Yoga
Then hit the following:
2 minutes of Down Dog to Up Dog Spinal Wave Flows
2 minutes of Twisting Crescent Lunge Flows
2 minutes of Crab Reach Flows
2 minutes of Shin Box Extension Flows
2 minutes of Camel Pose Flows
Great night.
