Friday Sept 7th night

Great night tonight! Feeling awesome and strong!!

Started out with 4 sets of 3 for Explosive Pike Jumps

Hit3 sets of 3 for Kneeling Kip Ups

Got in 3 sets of 20 for Straight Leg Bridges

Hit 3 sets of 10 per side for Slow Bid Dog Raises

Moved onto 3 sets of 10 per side for Slow and Deep Shrimp Squats

Hit 3 sets of 10 for Weighted Paused, Slow Plie Squats

Then got in 2 sets of 16 per side for Slow and Paused 1-leg Standing Calf Raises

Finished up with a nice cool down walk and Joint Mobility work

Great night!!
