Started out with 4 sets of 3 for Explosive Pike Jumps
Hit 3 sets of 3 for Kneeling Kip Ups
Got in 3 sets of 25 for Slow and Controlled Straight Leg Bridges
Hit 3 sets of 12 per side for Slow and Controlled Bird Dog Raises
Moved onto 3 sets of 10 per side for Slow and Controlled Deep Shrimp Squats
Hit 3 sets of 10, 9 and 9 for Weighted Slow and Paused Plie Squats
Moved onto 2 sets of 18 per side for Slow and Paused 1-leg Standing Calf Raises
Finished off with a cool down walk and some nice Joint Mobility work
