3 sets of 10 for DSR Standing BA Rows
3 sets of 10 per side for DVR 1-arm Pull-ups
3 sets of 6 for DVR BA-3 Lower Back Contractions
3 sets of 10 for DSR Seated Rows
3 sets of 10 for DVR Full Range Lat Contractions
3 sets of 6 per side for DVR BA-4 Lower Back Contractions
3 sets of 10 for DVR BA-7 Full Back Contractions
