The evening was:
Started out with 90 seconds for Timed Static Isometric Overhead Presses
Hit 90 seconds for Timed Static Lateral Raises
Got in 90 seconds for Timed Static Rear Delt Contractions
Hit 90 seconds for Timed Static Biceps Curls
Got in 90 seconds for Timed Static Triceps Extensions
Hit 2 sets of 20 for Finger Spear Push-ups
Got in 2 sets of 20 and 10 seconds for Slick Towel Holds
Finished up with Joint Mobility work
