Hit 1 set of 80 seconds for Yielding Isometric Bottom Position Push-up Holds

Got in 1 set of 90 seconds for Timed Static Isometric Incline Presses

Hit 1 set of 90 seconds for Timed Static Isometric Pull-ups

Got in 1 set of 90 seconds for Timed Static Isometric Lat Pull-overs

Hit 1 set of 90 seconds for Timed Static Isometric Bent Rows

Got in 1 set of 90 seconds for Timed Static Isometric Seated Rows

Hit 1 set of 90 seconds for Timed Static Isometric Shrugs

Got in 1 set of 90 seconds for Timed Static Isometric Lower Back Contractions

Finished up with Joint Mobility work
