Got in 1 sets of 90 seconds for Timed Static Isometric Incline Press

Moved onto 1 set of 90 seconds for Timed Static Isometric Pull-ups

Hit 1 set of 90 seconds for Timed Static Isometric Lat Pull Overs

Got in 1 set of 90 seconds for Timed Static Isometric Bent Rows

Hit 1 set of 90 seconds for Timed Static Isometric Seated Rows

Hit 1 set of 90 seconds for Timed Static Isometric Shrugs

Got in 1 set of 90 seconds for Timed Static Isometric Lower Back Contractions

Finished up with Joint Mobility work
