Got in 1 set of 90 seconds for Timed Static  Isometric Leg Extensions

Moved onto 1 sets of 90 seconds for Timed Static Isometric Adductor Contractions

Hit 1 set of 90 seconds for Timed Static Isometric Abductor Contractions

Got in 1 set of 90 seconds for Timed Static Isometric Tibia Raises

Hit 1 set of 90 seconds for Timed Static Isometric Crunches

Got in 1 set of 90 seconds per side for Yielding Isometric 1-leg Standing Calf Raises


Finished up with Joint Mobility work
