The evening was:
3 sets of 10 for DVR Eagle Flex
3 sets of 10 for DVR Full Range Lat Contraction
3 sets of 10 for DVR Full Range Pec Contraction
3 sets of 10 for DVR Bent Rows
3 sets of 10 for DSR Prayer's Press
3 sets of 10 for DVR Full Back Contraction with 7 seconds hold at the top of the movement
