Wednesday April 10th night
Wonderful night tonight!!
Throughout the day I Greased the Groove with 6 sets of singles on each side for 1-arm Assisted Pull-ups
Then I hit Dynamic Stretching, Isometric Stretching, Strength Stretching and Relaxed Stretching
Great night!!
