Wednesday April 24th night
Wonderful night tonight!!
Hit a nice mixture of Dynamic Stretching, Isometric Stretching, Strength Stretching and Relaxed Stretching
Also Greased the Groove throughout the day with 5 sets of singles for Assisted 1-arm Pull-up
Great night!!
